If you opt in to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS related to your inquiry and appointments, including confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

No guarantees

Werner Labs provides advice, recommendations, and services on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee any specific results. You are responsible for your business decisions, implementation, and outcomes.

We may use third-party providers to deliver parts of the Services (for example, scheduling, messaging, analytics, hosting, or payments). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Werner Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. If Werner Labs is found liable for any claim, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid Werner Labs in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have not paid Werner Labs.
